Are there different models for men and women?

Most of our socks are unisex.


You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Contact us and state your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our socks better). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions. If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Important: Please state your order ID.

If you place your order before 3.30 pm (GMT +1) on a weekday we will start processing your order on the same day. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details. In this email you will also find your order number, save this for quick customer service if you should have any problems with your order.

Eleven46 Delivery Time

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your socks as fast as possible. All orders are shipped with standard postal services from our warehouse in Belgium. The delivery within the EU generally takes 5 – 12 business days. However, please note that this time is an estimate and depends on the local postal service in your country. Please note that during final sales and the holiday season (November/December) delivery times can be longer than usual.

HOLIDAY SHIPMENTS: when the products leave our shipment facility the responsibility of the packages is with the postal service, we use their timeframe for holiday shipments.

When you buy more than 4 (four) pairs you'll get free shipping. If you order less than 4 pairs, a total shipping charge depending on your location will be added to your order

Orders to countries within EU, are subject to VAT (included in price).

I made a mistake in my order/shipping address, how can I change it?

Regrettably it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once your order has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible. If a change is necessary please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Are all products on the webste in stock?

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.

All transactions are handled by CardGate/CURO Payments. Your credit card number is sent to your bank via an encrypted connection. CardGate/CURO Payments is fully PCI Level 1 compliant. Our products are distributed from our warehouse in Belgium. How do I ensure my eleven46 products last as long as possible?

We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest quality possible. However the life span can very depending on the care and handling of your eleven46 socks. Make sure you check our care instructions on the label or check here. Important: When putting on your brand new pair of eleven46 socks, please take time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off, as this will damage the socks.

How should I wash my eleven46 products?

For all of our socks, we recommend a washing temperature of 30 °C / 86 °F, turning them inside out and avoid bleaching or ironing. Even though (our) socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.

Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistakes as junk mail and end up in there.

The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 h, please contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.
